Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly.

• Allocate around 85% of total working hours to direct client interactions, which includes therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly.

• Leverage data to inform treatment and adapt strategies based on client advancement.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and make referrals when necessary.

• Complete, sign, and securely store documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Arkansas as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Eager and willing to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover the full cost.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Skilled in conducting clinical assessments, including PHQ-9.

• Comfortable using EHR systems.

• Availability required Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST.

• Commitment to providing 8 to 24 hours of availability weekly.
