Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a client caseload of 7 to 20 therapy sessions weekly

• Allocate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, which includes therapy sessions and assessments for new clients

• Participate in manager check-ins for 1 hour weekly during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Employ data to inform treatment decisions and modify approaches based on client progress

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and refer clients as necessary

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client contact

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in New Mexico as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience providing teletherapy

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments such as the PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. MST

• Capable of maintaining 7 to 20 client sessions per week and committing to 8 to 24 hours of weekly availability
