Behavioral Health Therapist, LCSW / LPC / LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct behavioral health services through a patient-centered, evidence-based methodology.

• Conduct virtual consultations and manage a caseload that aligns with either full-time or part-time obligations.

• Record patient interactions, facilitate follow-up care, and assess detailed care plans.

• Tackle behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges to promote sustainable lifestyle and metabolic transformations.

• Collaborate with registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, physicians, and other members of the care team.

• Utilize data and feedback to enhance care delivery, patient results, and team collaboration.

• Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent, and unrestricted clinical license in the U.S. (LCSW / LPC / LMFT / or equivalent).

• Multi-state licensure is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Experience in assisting patients with behavior modification, chronic illnesses, or related clinical requirements.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to work within a team-oriented telehealth/virtual care framework.

• Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and exceptional communication abilities.

• Dedication to evidence-based practices and long-term behavioral transformation.

• Capacity to integrate with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize technology to enhance care delivery.

• Must be authorized to work and physically located in the U.S.
