Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload consisting of 7–20 sessions each week

• Allocate approximately 85% of total time to direct client services, which encompasses therapy sessions and new client evaluations

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly during the initial 6 weeks, transitioning to 30 minutes monthly thereafter

• Employ data to inform effective treatment and modify strategies based on client advancement

• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals and refer clients when necessary

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Must be willing and eager to obtain licensure in other states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy

• Proficient in clinical assessments, including the PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Available Monday–Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST/CST

• Capable of maintaining 8–24 total hours of availability on a weekly basis
