Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7-20 ongoing therapy sessions per week.

• Utilize data to inform effective treatment and modify your methods based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary and refer clients when appropriate.

• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active license and maintain good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania.

• Be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in other states, with costs covered by us.

• Available for 8-24 hours per week, dedicating 85% of time to client sessions.

• Have 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), including at least six months of teletherapy experience, and be proficient in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.

• Possess at least six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Choose 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
