Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with designated care teams, colleagues, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist.

• Consult with other clinicians and leadership via the WellQor Clinician Connect platform.

• Accurately enter and maintain documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR following company protocols.

• Address concerns such as adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Develop and oversee a caseload that aligns with the clinician’s availability and personal lifestyle.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must possess a license to practice independently.

• Empanelment or involvement with commercial insurance plans is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Comfortable using mobile devices.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication is required.
