Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Address client challenges such as adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse.

• Accurately enter and maintain documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR system in line with company policies.

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to share insights and seek support from clinicians and leadership across the nation.

• Collaborate effectively with designated care teams, colleagues, and the Clinical Director/Lead Psychologist.

• Design and oversee client treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental health, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or an equivalent credential, with independent practice licensing.

• Experience with empanelment/participation in commercial insurance plans is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Comfortable using mobile devices.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication is required.
