Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions each week

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions alongside assessments for new clients

• Participate in weekly manager check-ins for 1 hour during the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30-minute monthly sessions

• Employ data-driven strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify techniques as needed based on client progress

• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals and refer clients as necessary

• Ensure all documentation in the EMR is completed, signed, and locked within 48 hours post-client interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in North Carolina as an LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Eager and motivated to obtain licenses in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy

• Skilled in conducting clinical assessments, including PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST

• Committed to providing 8 to 24 total hours of availability each week

• Capable of completing, signing, and locking documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction
