This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a client caseload ranging from 7 to 20 sessions each week

• Allocate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, which includes therapy sessions and new client evaluations

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Leverage data to inform effective treatment and modify the therapeutic approach based on client advancement

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make referrals when deemed appropriate

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Mississippi as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience

• Proficient in clinical assessments such as PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Availability required Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST

• Capable of maintaining a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly and committing to 8 to 24 total hours of weekly availability
