Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload consisting of 7 to 20 sessions each week.

• Allocate approximately 85% of your total time to direct client engagement, which includes therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

• Participate in managerial check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly.

• Employ data-driven strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify approaches according to client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make referrals as necessary.

• Complete, sign, and securely lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Must be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult populations (18+).

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments, such as the PHQ-9.

• Comfortable using EHR systems.

• Availability for 8 to 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.
