Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LISW-CP, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with guidance from the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide care entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Assist older adults dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, and clinical leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

• Qualification as an independently licensed therapist is required.

• For 1099 contractor positions, availability must start at 15 hours per week.

• For W2 employee positions, availability must start at 25 hours per week.
