Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in West Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of a care team.

• Accurately document in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Sailor Health manages non-clinical patient needs, including billing, administration, and referrals.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Medicare billing experience is a bonus.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must conduct at least 15 sessions weekly with Sailor Health.
