Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults using telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-enhanced notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy while Sailor Health takes care of billing and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is posted.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Available as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.
