Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Execute documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct therapy entirely from home.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is available.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Qualification as an independently licensed therapist is required.

• Must conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• PSYPACT authorization through APIT is applicable to clinical psychologists.

• Counseling Compact privileges are relevant for master’s-level therapists in specific states.
