Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Assist older adults coping with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff for providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) valid in the state where this position is located.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must be open to building a minimum of 15 weekly sessions, based on the application form.
