Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on each patient's individual goals and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with backing from a care team.

• Complete documentation in the company’s EMR system using AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Assist patients with Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is based.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must be able to deliver at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
