Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults via telehealth.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s aspirations and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from a care team.

• Utilize AI-assisted notes for documentation in the EMR.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide services to patients through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy models.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and support staff from the provider side.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is an advantage.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to conducting at least 15 sessions per week with Sailor Health.
