Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed psychotherapy to elderly patients through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from a dedicated care team.

• Complete documentation using Sailor Health's electronic medical records (EMR), incorporating AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Sailor Health offers Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy services for senior adults.

• Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates address patients' non-clinical requirements.

• Clinical Quality Leads provide continuous consultation, and the provider support team is available to answer inquiries.

• Provide services to patients in all 50 states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is offered.

• Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience working with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable navigating telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to conducting at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
