Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of a care team.

• Utilize AI-assisted notes for documentation in the EMR system.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Sailor Health manages non-clinical patient requirements, including billing, administration, and referral processes.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, and clinical directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is based.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is necessary.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• The 1099 contractor position requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

• The W2 employee role requires a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week.

• Applicants must commit to at least 15 weekly sessions as per the application form.
