Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and clinical decisions with assistance from the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Operate entirely from home.

• Support patients dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is offered.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preference for experience with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Capable of providing a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• For 1099 contractors, a minimum of 15 hours per week is required.

• For W2 employees, a minimum of 25 hours per week is necessary.

• Clinical psychologists may require PSYPACT authorization through APIT.

• Masters-level therapists in certain states may need Counseling Compact privileges.
