Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth platforms.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s individual goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Offer therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy that are covered by Medicare through Sailor Health’s model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.
