Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth platforms.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with backing from the care team.

• Document patient interactions in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensatory case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy for older adults covered by Medicare.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, support staff, and clinical directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience working with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• 1099 contractor positions start at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions begin at 25 hours per week.

• Must conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
