Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the assistance of a care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy entirely from a home setting.

• Work collaboratively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week or W2 employee availability beginning at 25 hours per week.
