Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions while receiving support from the care team.

• Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy entirely from a home setting.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capable of providing a minimum of 15 weekly sessions; 1099 contractors begin at 15 hours/week, while W2 employees start at 25 hours/week.
