Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of a care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Sailor Health manages billing, administrative tasks, and non-clinical patient requirements.

• Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates assist with patients' non-clinical needs.

• Clinical Quality Leads offer ongoing consultation.

• Provide services to patients across all 50 states through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state of the job posting.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

• 1099 contractor roles begin at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee roles commence at 25 hours per week.

• Clinicians should aim for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
