Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Support older adults through therapy covered by Medicare, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or an equivalent) in the state where this position is available.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be capable of providing a minimum of 15 sessions per week; 1099 contractors begin at 15 hours/week, while W2 employees start at 25 hours/week.
