Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with support from a care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR system using AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions entirely from your home.

• Assist older adults facing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is advertised.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• 1099 contractor positions begin at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee roles commence at 25 hours per week.

• Applicants should aim for at least 15 weekly therapy sessions.
