Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals and needs of patients.

• Manage an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Deliver care entirely from a remote location.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is based.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum commitment of 15 weekly sessions is required.

• W2 employees begin with 25 hours per week; 1099 contractors start with 15 hours per week.
