Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of a supportive care team.

• Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates who manage patients' non-clinical requirements.

• Provide services to older adults through Medicare-authorized therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is based.

• Hold a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth systems and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be capable of providing a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

• 1099 contractor positions start at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions begin at 25 hours per week.
