Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed psychotherapy to elderly patients through telehealth.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Execute documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical professionals.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates to address patients’ non-clinical needs.

• Provide care to patients through a steady stream of referrals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• For 1099 contractor positions, availability must start at 15 hours per week.

• For W2 employee positions, availability must start at 25 hours per week.

• Willingness to provide a minimum of 15 weekly sessions, as specified in the application form.
