Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth platforms.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of a care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Assist older adults dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and life changes.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Requirement of at least 15 weekly sessions.
