Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, CPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR with the assistance of AI-powered notes.

• Participate in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Support older adults facing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Commit to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
