Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, CMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) using AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.

• Provide telehealth therapy to older adults.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is based.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• Availability as a W2 employee for at least 25 hours per week.

• Commitment to conducting at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
