Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each patient.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with guidance from the care team.

• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) using AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Sailor Health manages billing, administrative tasks, and non-clinical patient requirements.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is posted.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• 1099 contractor positions start at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions commence at 25 hours per week.

• A minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health is required.
