Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, CSW-PIP, LMFT, LPC-MH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients through telehealth services.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Handle an autonomous caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from a supportive care team.

• Maintain documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions entirely from a home setting.

• Support patients navigating grief, loss, isolation, and significant life changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Candidates must be independently licensed therapists.

• 1099 contractor positions begin at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee positions start at 25 hours per week.

• Must be aiming for a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
