Mental Health Therapist – LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish robust and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients of various age groups.

• Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients aged 11–24 or 18–60 who are experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health issues.

• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers when working with younger clients.

• Develop a remote practice that aligns with the clinician's personal schedule.

• Oversee a recurring session calendar after the initial sessions have been matched and scheduled.

• Offer services from Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm PT, including optional weekend availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a fully licensed clinician with an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians do not qualify.

• Experience in providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults is required.

• Must have comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery.

• A commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices is essential.

• Ability to provide teletherapy to clients aged 11–60 throughout California.

• Each caseload will include some youth clients aged 11–24.
