Mental Health Therapist, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation according to legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and established care models.

• Address clinical crises and adhere to established risk management procedures.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals enrolled in outpatient programs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and guarantee prompt completion of clinical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center settings is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

• Experience in managing acute psychiatric cases, including crisis intervention and safety planning, is preferred.

• Capability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 for full-time positions.
