Mental Health Therapist, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and established models of care.

• Effectively respond to clinical crises and adhere to established risk-management procedures.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to individuals in outpatient programs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments.

• Ensure the timely completion of clinical documentation to support continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Over 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center settings is highly preferred.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Skilled in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Preferred experience managing acute psychiatric situations, including crisis intervention and safety planning.

• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a team-oriented environment is preferred.

🏝️ Benefits

• $90,000 - $100,000 annually (full-time).
