Mental Health Therapist, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, employing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Engage actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.

• Follow established therapy protocols and program models of care to maintain clinical consistency and excellence.

• Respond appropriately to clinical crises and strictly follow established risk-management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center settings is highly preferred.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Skilled in using telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Experience in managing acute psychiatric situations, including crisis intervention and safety planning.

• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
