This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and above.
• Utilize various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Manage a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions while performing assessments for new clients.
• Implement measurement-based care tools to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify approaches based on client progress.
• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and refer clients as needed.
• Engage in weekly case consultations, monthly wellness groups, and ongoing professional development.
• Hold an active license and be in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
• Be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; the company will cover the associated costs.
• Maintain approximately 25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions weekly while scheduling a minimum of 29 sessions per week.
• Have 2 or more years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas.
• Possess clinical experience with adults aged 18 and older.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, to monitor client progress.
• Have at least six months of experience in teletherapy.
• Be familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Availability for session hours between 8 AM and 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday, across five days.
• Complete, sign, and finalize documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction.
