📋 Description

• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement customized treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and prompt clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and established models of care.

• Effectively manage clinical crises and adhere to prescribed risk-management procedures.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed clinical care to individuals involved in outpatient programs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments and ensure the timely completion of clinical documentation for seamless continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience post-licensure.

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or within hospital or medical center settings is highly preferred.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapies for mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues.

• Competence in using telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical services.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Preferred experience in managing acute psychiatric cases, including crisis intervention and safety planning.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment is preferred.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
