Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual psychotherapy services to medical first responders through telemedicine.

• Create tailored therapeutic treatment plans for healthcare professionals.

• Maintain proper documentation and records.

• Collaborate with clients independently to arrange appointments.

• Credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, billing, and accounting will be managed by Marvin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or be a Licensed Psychologist authorized to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with healthcare professionals or first responders is essential.

• A strong desire to learn and share experiences within a diverse team.

• Willingness to acquire new skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an awareness of varying communication styles and priorities.

• Proficiency with telemedicine tools or online video communication platforms.

• Experience in implementing evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.

• Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and assessment tools like the PHQ-9.
