Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual virtual therapy sessions via the telehealth platform.

• Conduct remote counseling, psychotherapy, and thorough mental health evaluations.

• Gather patient medical information, including health history and findings from mental status examinations.

• Develop and execute behavioral health treatment plans.

• Assess mental health evaluation results.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.

• Perform monthly chart reviews as part of the peer-review quality assurance process.

• Prioritize patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding.

• Operate under the supervision of a Behavioral Health Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to practice independently without continuous clinical supervision.

• Stay current with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficiency with technology and digital tools and platforms.

• Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence.

• Licensure in multiple states is highly regarded.

• LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

• LCSW: Minimum of 2 years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience.

• LCSW: Valid and unrestricted LCSW license.

• LPC/LMHC: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program.

• LPC/LMHC: At least 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience.

• LPC/LMHC: Current and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license.

• LMFT: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program.

• LMFT: Minimum of 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience.

• LMFT: Active and unrestricted LMFT license.
