Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using Included Health's telehealth platform

• Offer virtual counseling and psychotherapy services

• Perform thorough mental health assessments

• Gather patient medical records, which include health history and mental status examination results

• Formulate and execute behavioral health treatment strategies

• Assess outcomes of mental health evaluations

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic assistance

• Conduct monthly chart reviews for quality assurance through peer review

• Prioritize patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations takes care of billing, scheduling, and onboarding

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to practice autonomously without ongoing clinical oversight

• Valid clinical licensure in the state of primary residence

• Proficiency with technology and digital tools and platforms

• Current and unrestricted Texas LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license

• LCSW: Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution

• LCSW: Minimum of 2 years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy experience

• LPC/LMHC: Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited institution

• LPC/LMHC: At least 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience

• LMFT: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited institution

• LMFT: Minimum of 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience

• Licensure across multiple states is highly regarded
