📋 Description

• Offer mental health support to patients aged 13 and above

• Provide psychosocial assistance and education to individuals, couples, and families

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and create treatment strategies

• Administer short-term counseling utilizing evidence-based practices

• Collaborate in patient care and ensure continuity of care

• Employ assessment and treatment planning tools

• Operate autonomously with the support of the clinical care team

• Develop and expand the Minute Clinic practice

• Conduct therapy sessions virtually and engage patients through various platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for 40 hours per week

• Active, unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Washington, D.C.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as required by business needs

• Demonstrated excellence in diagnostic, collaborative care, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills

• Proficiency in evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

• Completed Master's degree from an accredited institution

• State license with one or more of the following credentials: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

• Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery

• Comfortable with technology and adept at using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms

• Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements

• Strong skills in crisis intervention

• Prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment
