📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote telehealth therapy services to patients aged 13 and above

• Offer psychosocial support and educational resources to individuals, couples, and families

• Perform diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans

• Provide short-term counseling utilizing evidence-based practices

• Collaborate on patient care to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Utilize assessment and treatment planning tools effectively

• Develop and expand the Minute Clinic practice

• Operate at the highest level of licensure with backing from the clinical care team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered independent state license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in Utah, Oregon, and/or California

• Willingness to acquire additional state licensure is required

• Demonstrated excellence in diagnostic skills, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling

• Experience using evidence-based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

• Completed a Master's degree program from an accredited College or University

• Therapists are required to provide telehealth therapy to patients aged 13+

• Preferred: outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Preferred: comprehensive understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness

• Preferred: knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing protocols

• Preferred: proficient crisis intervention skills

• Preferred: prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment
