Mental Health Expert – AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated content related to psychology and mental health for its accuracy and relevance.

• Analyze clinical scenarios, case studies, assessments, and therapeutic conversations.

• Detect factual, clinical, ethical, or cultural concerns within model outputs.

• Deliver clear written feedback along with expert recommendations.

• Review and assist in the development of datasets utilized for AI training and evaluation.

• Evaluate potential biases, harmful assumptions, or unsuitable psychological advice.

• Implement evidence-based psychological or psychiatric models.

• Ensure the content is suitable for various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on AI evaluation initiatives.

• Contribute to the creation of documentation and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Psychology or an MD with a completed Psychiatry residency.

• Native fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian.

• Advanced professional proficiency in English.

• Background in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or academic settings.

• Strong capability to critically evaluate psychological or psychiatric material.

• Ability to articulate complex mental health concepts clearly in writing.

• Deep understanding of ethical and cultural factors in mental health.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviews.
