AI Safety Expert – English, Assamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team evaluations of conversational AI models and agents through jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Create human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack case studies for clients.

• Assess AI outputs related to sensitive subjects such as bias, misinformation, or harmful behaviors.

• Assist in expanding evaluation coverage and enhancing customer AI systems.

• Collaborate with top researchers on initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Native proficiency in English and Assamese.

• Strong discernment regarding language and content, including evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of AI responses.

• Capability to communicate reasoning effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Keen attention to detail to identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.

• Consistent adherence to guidelines and quality standards.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects, task types, and clientele.

• Independent contractor status is required.

• Currently, unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
