AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Assist organizations in identifying, designing, and implementing high-value AI agents that deliver measurable outcomes.

• Lead the development of customers' AI strategies.

• Formulate AI adoption roadmaps.

• Develop concepts and specifications for AI agents.

• Partner with clients to uncover relevant AI use cases.

• Gain an understanding of customer industries and business processes to prioritize AI use cases based on their business impact and technical feasibility.

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, complete with success metrics and guidelines.

• Create AI agent solutions and reconfigure workflows to accommodate them.

• Specify how AI agents will integrate with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.

• Compile agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, AI Engineering, and Solution Engineering teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Assist in customer presentations and executive discussions focused on AI strategy.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends in agentic AI, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery techniques.

• Knowledgeable about modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.

• Comfortable working with APIs and integrations.

• Background in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar client-facing position.

• Practical experience in designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.

• Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and diverse stakeholders.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
