This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer assistance to members while addressing questions and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and efficiency.
• Respond to member inquiries in a courteous manner to foster positive relationships and encourage long-term memberships.
• Effectively resolve issues, contributing positively to the company’s overall performance.
• Oversee the email queue and manage member questions and inquiries.
• Follow up on inquiries by taking specific actions promptly.
• Engage in short-term special projects that provide tailored support for new initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients’ payment and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to remain informed about changes in products, programs, and policies.
• Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost integrity.
• Monitor and report on systemic issues to management, offering insights on trends.
• Participate in additional training sessions as necessary.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic team environment.
• Execute other assigned duties as needed.
• 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or call center setting is preferred; any customer service experience is advantageous.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A strong sense of integrity and discretion is essential.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to build relationships and forge strong alliances across the organization.
• Eagerness to learn daily, adapt quickly, and apply knowledge effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Technically proficient with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by business needs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 wpm.
